Gasless Onboarding Promotion Rules

Transfer at least 500 USDC as a new user or at least 1000 USDC as an existing user and have your Ethereum gas costs paid for you (the “Promotion”).

The Promotion is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (the “Promotional Terms”) and the following rules:

• If you have not used the dYdX protocol from any Ethereum network address and you transfer at least 500 USDC in a single transaction on the dYdX protocol, then dYdX will pay on your behalf the Ethereum gas cost of transferring that USDC onto the dYdX protocol.

• If you have used the dYdX protocol (whether with the same or a different Ethereum network address as used during the Promotion) and you transfer at least 1000 USDC in a single transaction on the dYdX protocol, then dYdX will pay on your behalf the Ethereum gas cost of depositing that USDC on the dYdX protocol.

• You are entitled to have dYdX pay Ethereum gas costs on your behalf as set forth above only once every three days.

• Subject to the same limitations set forth above, during the Promotion, dYdX will pay on your behalf the Ethereum gas cost to swap permitted ERC-20 cryptoassets directly for USDC via the 0x API available through the dYdX frontend and transfer such USDC in the same transaction onto the dYdX protocol.

• The Promotion will begin on November 24, 2021 at 5PM UTC and continue until dYdX announces the end of the Promotion.

• The Promotion is being operated by Biconomy Labs Pte. Ltd. on behalf, and at the expense, of dYdX.

All capitalized but undefined terms in these Rules shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Promotional Terms.
