$100 Reward for $1000 Deposit Promotion Rules

This promotion incentivizes past users of the dYdX protocol that have an existing eligible account with a low balance to deposit one thousand (1000) USDC or more to receive a contribution from dYdX of one hundred (100) USDC (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions and the following rules:
You must have received an email from dYdX in connection with this Promotion (the “Promotion Email”).
Your initial deposit must be at least one thousand (1000) USDC, deposited in a single transaction on the dYdX protocol on or after June 3, 2022 at 14:00 UTC and such deposit must be completed prior to June 17, 2022 at 14:00 UTC.
To participate in the Promotion, you must own a dYdX account that satisfies each of the following:
such account must have been created prior to June 3, 2022 at 1:00 UTC (the “Snapshot Date”);
such account must be associated with the email address at which you received the Promotion Email;
such account must have a balance of less than fifty (50) USDC on the dYdX protocol on the Snapshot Date;
such account must have paid more than one hundred (100) USDC in fees on the dYdX protocol as of the Snapshot Date; and
such account must have zero (0) open positions on the dYdX protocol on the Snapshot Date.
All Promotion rewards are paid in USDC to your dYdX account on the dYdX protocol.
Although all accounts on the dYdX protocol that you own must be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you may only participate with a single account, which will be selected by dYdX, in its sole discretion. If your dYdX account is eligible for the Promotion, a box indicating your eligibility will be displayed on your “Portfolio – Overview” webpage. You may only participate in the Promotion one time, and may not benefit from the Promotion using multiple Ethereum network addresses.
