November 2021 Content Competition Rules

This content competition (the Content Competition”) is subject to the Content Competition Terms and Conditions and the following rules:

• The Content Competition will start on November 23, 2021, at 18:00 UTC (the “Competition Start Time”) and end on December 23, 2021, at 24:00 UTC (the “Competition End Time”).

• Only submissions made here before the Competition End Time will be considered. Submission may be made in any digital medium.

• Winners of the Content Competition will be announced on January 6, 2022, to the winners via the email address provided upon submission.

• dYdX Trading Inc. will determine the winners of the Content Competition in its absolute and sole discretion.

• Winning prizes will be transferred in USDC to the Ethereum network address submitted with the submission for the Content Competition upon receipt of all necessary documentation from the winners, and will be transferred only to one such address.

• The total amount of prizes that participants will receive in the Content Competition is $200,000.00 USDC (the “Total Prizes”).

• The Total Prizes will be as follows:

  • 1st place in each category: $30,000.00 USDC

  • 2nd place in each category: $15,000,000 USDC

  • 3rd place in each category: $5,000.00 USDC

• Receipt of your prize is conditioned upon compliance with the Content Competition Terms and Conditions.

• All federal, state and local income taxes on the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. If the winner is a US person, then the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize. If the winner is a non-US person, then the prize will be subject to any required withholding obligations and the non-US person will be required to submit an IRS Form W8BEN.
