Brazil Volume Campaign #1 Rules

This Brazil Volume Campaign #1 (the “Campaign”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (the “Promotional Terms and Conditions”) and the following rules (these “Rules”): 

Campaign Period

• This Campaign will start on August 4, 2022 at 00:00 UTC and end the earlier of (a) September 1, 2022 at 23:59 UTC or (b) a total of twenty thousand (20,000) USD Coin (USDC) Rewards (as defined below) has been earned by the Participants during this Campaign (the “Campaign Period”).

Eligibility Requirements

• Subject to section 1 in the Promotional Terms and Conditions, this Campaign is open to each individual and entity (a “Participant”) who (a) is a resident of Brazil and (b) completes the following requirements during the Campaign Period: 

  • follow the @dYdXPortugues Twitter account, available at https://twitter.com/dYdXPortugues (“@dYdXPortugues”) if you do not yet follow such account; and

  • complete the information required on this Google Form, including providing the Participant’s Ethereum network address linked to the Participant’s dYdX account (“Your Account”), and submit the Google Form (“Submission”).

• THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE (1) SUBMISSION PER PARTICIPANT DURING THE CAMPAIGN PERIOD. Using multiple dYdX accounts to participate in this Campaign, submitting more than one (1) Submission, or violating or using fraudulent methods or otherwise attempting to circumvent these Rules may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of dYdX.

Rewards

• You will receive the rewards set forth in the table below (“Rewards”) based on your trading volume (set forth across from such Rewards) on the dYdX protocol during the Campaign Period using Your Account:

• All Rewards will be paid in USDC to Your Account no later than seven (7) days following the end of the Campaign Period, or promptly thereafter.

Taxes

• ANY REWARDS YOU RECEIVE ARE NET OF TAXES PAYABLE ON SUCH REWARDS IN THE UNITED STATES. In accordance with the Promotional Terms and Conditions and applicable tax laws, dYdX will withhold thirty percent (30%) taxes from all prizes. No personal information will be collected or submitted to a governmental agency in connection with such tax withholding.

Miscellaneous

• dYdX may revise these Rules, including any prizes, and publish amended versions thereof from time to time. dYdX may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Campaign at any time, with or without notice.

• One (1) USDC is equivalent to one (1) U.S. dollar.
