If we hire a referral that you send us, you will receive $15,000, if the candidate remains employed 90 days after their start date, and subject to other terms and conditions.
To refer a candidate, have them submit their resume to referral@dydx.exchange with your information. To refer a qualifying candidate you must abide by privacy laws, and ensure your referrals fit under the following parameters:
an individual whom you know personally;
a former coworker;
immediate or extended family; or
any other individual on whom you have conducted reasonable diligence and determined may be a qualified candidate for the applicable position
